Crooked & Narrow is in Pre-Production, slated to begin shooting June 19 in Philly. Neal Dhand is directing Crooked & Narrow, a heist film co-written by Neal and Nicholl Fellowship semi-finalist Andy Watts.
Amy Walsh comes from a family of criminals; she returns to Philly after a long absence to visit her ex-cop, current-con father, who is now dying of cancer and to join a stick-up crew. Warren Mercer, a crooked cop who is a part of her dad's past, gets on her trail and things turn violent.

We have just returned from an excellent week at AFM. We had a good meeting with Evan at Osiris, giving us good feelings about Second-Story Man We also had some very productive discussions about The Lighthouse. Check back in a few weeks for some good news.

DCP will be attending the American Fim Market in Santa Monica November 3-6. We are going in support of The Lighthouse. The script is locked, development is ramping up, and we are in talks with some interesting people, looking to solidify the cast soon.

DCP is now in development on The Lighthouse. A thriller set in a sleepy beach town, following two detectives as they try to unravel a series of murders and a DNA mystery.

We've had a flurry of activity at the end of 2008, and the new year brings some exciting news:
- The music video for Philadelphia's SPiN, Playin' Dead, is complete. It should be posted in a few days.
- The music video for Rochester's Night Gallery, There Are Nights, is in post-production. We should have some teaser clips posted shortly.
- Neal has completed a number of new feature length scripts including a sci-fi noir called The Lighthouse, a period thriller called Sleeves, a black comedy called Projected, and a drama called Story of Isaac.

We will be screening new work at The Little Theatre in downtown Rochester on Monday, June 16. Screening will begin at 6:30 pm, and admission is free. We will be premiering Used and Undisturbed, and showing preview cuts from Neal's Untitled El Salvador documentary, as well as a newly cut teaser trailer for Sleep Shift. This event is a fundraiser for Sleep Shift.
